1. Project research & planning

Based on product specifications and delivery dates, we work with you to formulate a production plan and schedule that assures completion of the project within budget and on time. We analyse current existing materials, competitor's documentation, and based on the target audience and the goals of the project, we will formulate the most appropriate specification for the manual.

2. Specification Proposal

Drawing upon our vast experience, we will propose the most effective documentation in terms of content volume, design, tone and manner, and method of delivery.

3. Production

After documentation specification and the schedule have been agreed upon with you, we will begin the production of the manual contents.

4. Manufacturing & Delivery

After receiving your final approval, we will manufacture the final documentation; be it printed or in a variety of electronic distribution formats including html, multimedia presentations or CD-ROM/DVD-ROM.
